JDH Ironworks is proud and humbled to design and build all of the metal crosses honoring the lives of former Texas Rangers across the world.

Starting in 1985 ((FIND THE DATE)) Jimmy Don Holmes’ father ((NAME)) Holmes, began crafting these tributes to the lives of the men and women who served the great state of Texas.

Beginning with the first 32 crosses in Centerpoint, Texas, Jimmy Don took up the mantle and began his own journey with the Former Texas Rangers Foundation in ((YEAR)).

We are proud to produce other Texas Ranger memorabilia, and honor the well known, like  John Coffee Hays, as well as the lesser known in the Ranger family.

If you have a family member or friend who served, let us know if they have not received their memorial cross. If you’d like something special created in their memory, we’d be happy to help.

“I love Texas, and since I have family who served in the Texas Rangers, it means the world to me to get to celebrate their lives, either with the Former Texas Rangers Foundation, or with individual family members” – Jimmy Don Holmes
