Each of these locally crafted metal signs comes with its own character – whether it be various bronze patina spots or sheen, beautiful water markings, speckles of rust, a solid silver sheen or other distinguishing characteristics. No two come with the same finish.

Please note: refunds are not available on personalized signs, so we recommend that you carefully check the requested message for spelling and accuracy. By placing an order for this product, you acknowledge that your request is correct and that the final product cannot be returned or refunded.  You will receive a proof for approval via e-mail.   If you want a change made to that proof that requires a new font or a change in the original message you provided on the order there will be additional charges. 

You will receive a proof via e-mail 2-4 weeks from date of payment, the total project will take 8-11 weeks for completion. While you are able to adjust the alignment and size of text on proof, you will incur additional costs if you change the design or the font.
You have 24 hours to change/cancel a custom order once paid. After 24 hours your order request will be reviewed. There will be additional costs if changes are made. We will retain up to 50% off the total cost if canceled after 24 hours.
There will be no refunds issued for cancelled orders after 10 calendar days.
