Payment and Return Policy
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, then your credit card will be refunded.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless the item is a personalized/custom item or a sale item. Personalized/custom items and sale items cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging (if packaged) and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will need to send your returned item to the address listed on our contact page with attention to Returns Department. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, then the original cost of shipping, handling and a 10% (of cost of returned items) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
